Understanding masculinity and femininity through the ATOM
Women and Men, pink and blue, Venus and Mars, Yin and Yang, Sun and Moon, Shakti and Shiva, feminine and masculine, proton and electron(?)
Since the beginning of creation femininity and masculinity have been present as energies, matter and building blocks of life. In ancient Indian scriptures women are being described as the manifestation of the broad space and men the point of directed energy. Let’s briefly switch topics to see how this spiritual concept, which was noted many days before our modern science, matches with the basic understanding of chemistry.
The Structure Of An Atom - simplified
Even if your brain disposed chemistry after graduation, you can probably still remember the picture of the round atom. Basically it has one or multiple particles in the center which are protons and neutrons. Surrounding those is a “cloud”/space which contains electrons. To me it looks like it’s own little universe. The protons in the center of it are positively charged, neutrons are neutrally charged and the outer space contains negativelly charged electrons. Atoms always have an equal number of protons (positive) and electrons (negative).
As mentioned in the vedic ancient scriptures, men are the point of directed energy, so they themselves are the source of energy which is always present=charged positively, equal to a proton in the center of the atom, equal to the Sun in the center of the solar system. Positive electric charge is usually shown through the colour red= fire is the element of the Sun.
Spiritually women are said to be the manifistation of broad energy, surrounding the energy point, being the broad space and it’s material manifestations. Does that ring the bell now? Look at the electrons in the cloud around the protons. The electrons are negatively charged and can gain energy they need by absorbing light. They orbit around the nucleus (which includes the protons) like the planets orbit around the Sun. Negative electric charge is shown in the colour blue = water is the element of the Moon.
Feminine is the Space and what it contains , Masculine is the Energy source

No matter if you read the ancient scriptures, look at astronomy, chemistry or any other field, you’ll always end up seeing the same. Just comapare those pictures of the atom structure, solar system and the spiritual concept.
You can take lots of practical knowledge out of this basic understanding. Let me give you examples:
- You see that in order for you to BE, you have to have both - the feminine and masculine - which are inside of you and should be in balance. So there is no need whatsoever to see either of those energies as an insult when referred to yourself or your sex.
- You can observe and grasp how the genders interract on an instinctive level - Sun & Moon relationship.
- You can increase your magnetism according to your sexuality and what kind of energy you want to attract. For example, if you are a woman who desires a “solar”, energetically (and as a rule of thumb consequently materialistically & biologically)giving man, you need to work on your receiving, water element by getting into this mental state for which bathing in water as well as in the light of the Moon with your eyes frequently is an excellent way. Men who wish to increase their solar, fire element which gives vitality, energy and takes you onto the path of righteousness should frequently do activities outside in the Sun light, greeting the Sun at sunrise and being grateful during sunset.
- You discover that everything is ONE. Everything is the SAME in this universe.

The progress of the ancient knowledge is on abother level though as it has had quite a few more centuries in advance.
