Palma Vecchio-Shepherd and Two Women

According to most spiritual concepts around the world the Sun is the masculine and Moon is the feminine embodyment in our solar system.

The two have very opposing natures. The Moon is always going through phases of waxing and waning, like the feminine cycle which is of circa 28 days in lenght. The Sun is in the same “sunny mood” every day, like the male cycle which is of one day in lenght.

During the New and Full Moon events each month, you can see the moon being in two completely different states. One is being fully visible when it is saturated in the maximum amount of sunlight, and the other in the total lack of light making the Moon completely invisible to our eyes.
Those two states of the Moon are related to the two opposing states of the female nature.

Summoning spiritual traditions you can generally devide all women into two main types — Eve (the full moon) and Lilith (the new moon).
According to many sources the true mythology of Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden started with another woman being Adam’s first wife — Lilith. She wasn’t sculpted from his rib but was equally created to Adam as a seperate human being. Later she ran away from him -being the first to exit the garden of Eden- after their sexual activity when Adam didn’t let her be on top of him which might be symbolic of his inflated ego. Then when Adam felt lonely, God created Eve out of Adam’s rib. She was of his own nature and not his opposite.

To this day all women can be connected to either being of the Lilith/ New Moon/ Persephone or the Eve/ Full Moon/ Aphrodite archetype.

Since I was a young teenager I always have had men in relationships being attracted to me without me ever wanting that. It had been disturbing to me as a child that the fathers of my school girl friends seemed to be loosing their rationality around me and getting into disputes with their wifes because of that. Later as I grew up I noticed the same occurrence with guys who were in relationships or dating other girls. I didn’t like it and felt guilty for disturbing or destroying relationships without any intention whatsoever. At that time I didn’t know that it had it’s purpose and place. Over the years into my twenties I have slowly but surely started to realize the logic behind this reoccurring pattern which made itsself clear to me when I started studying spirituality and especially when I came across Claire Nakti’s ‘Female Path’ online course(www.clairenakti.com) which structured my understanding. I then and there learned that I am a woman of the Lilith type.

In the 1930s the voluptuous woman on this terracotta plaque (called the Burney Relief) was identified as the Babylonian demoness Lilith.

If you’ve ever read any stories of Lilith then the first thing most likely coming to mind is open sexual expression and a behavior usually labeled as evil in our polite societies. Yet actually Lilith is simply a receptive woman in every way possible, one that stirs sexual energy in others through shamelessly embodying her true raw feminine nature by publically embracing her beauty, longing to attract a fierce sexual partner who will fill her up with knowledge, resources, energy, love and all that he’s got to offer while she will joyfully be the vessel for all of his attainments. She is magnetic and through her attractiveness and receptivity she pulls on the male’s sexual center. It’s a blessing for the man who has enough to give her and is able to do so in a controlled way under his will and love. It’s a curse for the one who is uncontrollably pulled into her magnetic space, as she is the embodiment of the empty but fruitful void that has all the darkness (New Moon) that only a male adept of the most radiant light (Sun) can fill. But when she pulls on a man who doesn’t have more or the equal amount of light to her darkness (men whose sun is eclipsed by their ego and lack of control), they’ll just be pulled into her dark universe where they won’t be able to see anything nor themselfes anymore, so they get lost in her infinite dark space. All they are left to feel is their sexual projection of her all around them, swallowing them and overwhelming their senses. Those kind of fallen men are slaves to their own senses which she agitates to the limit. The Lilith like woman plays the role of the seductress of this universe, mainly for the sake of testing the integrity, strenght and virility of others by naturally evoking the impurities from deep within them through her beautiful, magnetic forms and her passive, vaste space pulling on others and pulling those in who have no control.

Now let’s dive into the women of the Eve archetype. Those ladies are like the radiant full moon completely soaked into the sunlight of Adam, warmed and filled with bliss. When women incarnate in such a state, the have lots to give rather than receive. Although all of us ladies are of the Moon and we all do receive in different ways from men. Nevertheless when you’re already heated internally through growing up around a strong father figure, or surrounded by many men, you don’t need a source of heat, but rather attract males of the colder nature which are naturally pleasing to you. Because there is less darkness in your internal space, you don’t necessarily have that magnetic pull on men (unless you work on attaining the dark, feminine energies to create a void like inner state to attract virile men). Naturally you’ve got a giving nature which is like Eve’s. Being the wife achetype — in opposition to Lilith’s sexual mistress archetype — you’re willing to nurture your man, help and guide him. Your radiant nature is more oriented into action, intellectual preference over your appearance and even the pursuit of men who you find attractive. Opposite to Lilith types you celebrate the male physical appearance, when Lilith celebrates her own appearance and wants men to enjoy her beauty over her intellect. Being the full moon achetype you are able to accomplish a lot in your life, in your career, family life etc. as because you have the energy according to the Moon reflecting the Sun’s rays onto the Earth, nurishing this another planetary body. Your abundance of light and energy matches you with a man of a cold nature, and as perfect opposites always match, you should be careful with choosing the right man who is inwardly strong enough to not let you overpower him. Because firstly it might feel great when a man does all you want him to do (things you tell him to do), but over time you’ll be disappointed and won’t feel like a woman in a satisfying bond.

Both Lilith and Eve women are essential and have their own place. Each woman should embrace and understand herself to truly manifest the Goddess within her and attract the right partner — their perfect opposite to merge with together into perfect union ❤️
